Bicycle Parking
What would happen if you tried to go to the grocery store, or school, or library, but there weren't any open parking spaces? Would you find a nearby street to park on? Would you stay home next time? Or would you just go somewhere else?
People are more likely to bike from one place to another if they have someplace to park when they get there, instead of looking for the nearest street lamp, tree or fence.
